So here is a new 30x20 flat. It shouldn't cause any glitch because it's CC Free.

However, you may not see the last floor's hall if you have the same glitch as me but the block is still functional. In this case, re-download the lot.

So, the block is made of a bedroom, a living room,  a kitchen, a bathroom and an unfurnished terrace  for your parties.

It costs around 17000§ furnished and around 4000§ empty.
